Tua Tagovailoa has suffered one more scary head harm.
The Dolphins star quarterback — who battled a number of concussions in the course of the 2022-23 season — was injured on a run within the third quarter of Miami’s “Thursday Night time Soccer” matchup with the Buffalo Payments.
