After going mega-viral for her “main character energy” and becoming the most viral star from the 2024 Paris Olympics, South Korean shooter Kim Ye Ji has landed multiple photoshoots, TV appearances, and now, even a chance to debut as an actress.

According to her new management agency, PLFIL, Kim has secured the role of a killer—alongside India’s global star Anushka Sen—in a short-form series called Crush.
A spin-off from the movie Asia, reported to be a “project featuring multinational stars from over seven countries in the US and Asia, tackling issues of racial hatred and discrimination,” the series will present Kim as a “captivating killer.”
CEO Ryu Min Guk of PLFIL commented that while Kim is “nervous,” her debut will “become a huge gift for her fans” supporting her through her endeavors on and off the shooting range.
