ARTM brought their Moonshot Tour to Australia in November, and on Sunday the 17th – Liberty Hall was packed to the rafters with faithful OURIIs.
Before the show even started, ARTMS wowed their fans during Soundcheck with heavenly vocals and unmatched fan service with their SVIP & VIP fans.
HaSeul, HeeJin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry were welcomed back to the stage with beaming faces and roaring cheers from their fans. They started the night, very fittingly, with “Birth” and rounded up the first set with “Butterfly Effect” before performing some special stages.
HeeJin performed a cover of Jungkook’e “Still With You”, impressing OURIIs with her skillful guitar playing. Then, transitioned into an English rock version of “Algorithm” showing her range when it comes to music styles. HeeJin reminisced during her set, “I think I was about eight years old when I first heard of Sydney when I watched “Finding Nemo”, joking that the birds in the movie saying “mine, mine, mine” sounds similar to the “Aussie, Aussie, Aussie” chant – the crowd responded in an astounding “OI! OI! OI!”.
HaSeul was next to take the stage performing two solo songs with an operatic cappella in between; “Plastic Candy”, “Nella Fantasia”, and “Let Me In”. It was an ultimate display of her vocal talent that wowed the crowd entirely. You could hear jaws drop when she started singing “Nella Fantasia”, goosebumps grew on the skin of every OURII as they listened in awe.
Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry filled with the venue with energy and pure joy when they lit up the stage as ODD EYE CIRCLE. They sang and danced to a cappella rendition of “Girl Front” in between vibrant performances of “Lucid” and “Air Force One”.
The second half of the Moonshot concert was filled with ARTMS’ tracks like “Candy Crush”, “Air” and “Virtual Angel” alongside covers of Ellie Goulding’s “Love Me Like You Do” and LOONA songs “Stylish” and “Satellite”. Closing off the show with a cover of a fan favorite of LOONA’s “Hi High”.
The energy stayed strong all night from both ARTMS and OURII. HaSeul, HeeJin, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry presented their best selves during their Sydney Moonshot concert with a perfect balance of allure and endearment shining through each performance. Even if it was just a smile, their interactions with OURII didn’t stop at any point when ARTMS were collectively on stage.
It was an absolute dream come true to see ARTMS perform in Sydney.
Thanks to Box Live AU for this opportunity
