Irv Gotti Accused Of Sexual Assault & Abuse In Miami Lawsuit

Irv Gotti is at the center of a lawsuit alleging sexual assault and abuse. A woman is suing the Murder Inc. Records founder for allegedly taking advantage of her in Miami, Atlanta, and Saint Martin, per Miami New Times.

The outlet doesn’t name-drop the accuser, and neither did the court documents she filed in Miami-Dade on July 11. Listed as Jane Doe, she claims that Irv assaulted and abused her on multiple instances between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, the woman says what she repeatedly suffered led her to be committed to a psychiatric ward.

“As a result of this sexually abusive relationship, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional and psychological harm for which she had to be committed to a psychiatric ward. These injuries continue and affect Plaintiff to this day,” court documents reportedly said.

Lawsuit Explains Ties Between Jane Doe & Irv Gotti

According to Jane Doe, the abuse from Irv Gotti began the same year they met. She says a mutual friend connected them at a poker tournament in the summer of 2020, and he later invited her to Saint Martin.

However, after she landed, the woman says Irv Gotti forced her to have sex under the threat of sending her home. The lawsuit says she complied “due to his power and influence in the music world.” Despite the rape incident, the two began dating after the St. Martin trip.

However, things did not take a turn for the better. Instead, Jane Doe says she “suffered constant abuse” from Irv Gotti. Another example she cited involved a trip to Miami in January 2022. During their stay at the Four Seasons, Jane Doe says he forced her to give him oral sex on an elevator.

Later that same year, he allegedly committed the same act. That time, however, the alleged forced incident went down in an Uber in Atlanta. Following that attack, the relationship between Gotti and Doe ended.

Irv Gotti has not publicly responded to the lawsuit’s allegations. Meanwhile, it’s unclear if Jane Doe wants a monetary settlement, but the Miami New Times reports that she’s seeking a trial by jury.
