Dave Grohl‘s cheating scandal and the revelation that he has become the father to a baby girl born outside of his long marriage to wife Jordyn Blum (pictured above, inset) is still reverberating around the music world — and it probably will be for quite a while longer.
On Tuesday, we reported the shocking news that the Foo Fighters frontman had announced on Instagram about becoming the unexpected father to a baby girl born from an affair he’d had outside of his marriage. At the time, in that IG announcement, the former Nirvana rocker wrote:
“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her.”
He also openly referenced Blum, to whom he has been married for 21 years, as well as their three daughters Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10, by adding:
“I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”

Now, it’s fans’ turn to weigh in — and they are NOT happy. Over on X (Twitter), fans and followers of Grohl himself, the Foo Fighters, Nirvana, rock-and-roll as a genre, and/or all of the above all openly shared their opinions about the affair revelation and the love child.
