Ministry Of Employment And Labor Dismisses NewJeans Hanni’s Bullying Case

On November 20, the Ministry of Employment and Labor closed NewJeans Hanni’s case on workplace bullying.

They stated that it did not constitute “workplace bullying” because “it is difficult to view her as a worker under the Labor Standards Act.”

With this, they revealed that the complaint filed by fans regarding the issue was administratively closed.

Previously, NewJeans held a live broadcast to share and speak up on their position with the company. During the broadcast, Hanni explained her experience with workplace bullying.
